Expand Resources and Staff

The needs of students and alumni for career and professional development have increased tremendously and the Office of Career Success works tirelessly to support our community. Additional staff and resources will enable us to effectively expand our services across programs and to alumni on-campus and online.

Maintain Career Peers

Career Peers are trained to answer quick questions about career resources, and offer advice on using campus services, joining clubs, and preparing for career fairs. Their work alleviates the pressure on the Chase Career Center’s staff advisors, who are able to focus more on students who are preparing to graduate and need urgent help focusing their career paths and finding post-graduation jobs.
