Isenberg provides a comprehensive career development program that aligns with our high-quality accounting curriculum. Through participation in our career and professional development workshops, you will gain the career support you need to develop and execute a career and professional development (CPD) plan. A dedicated MSA career coach is available for individualized career advising sessions. You will also have access to IConnect, an online career and professional development platform sponsored by Isenberg’s Office of Career Success. You can create an IConnect profile to receive tailored career content related to the topics that matter most to you.
The MSA small-group welcome session will launch you into the program and introduce you to the personal advising and resources you need. Whether you already have a job offer in-hand or are just starting your search, this session helps you set your course and access the career resources you need. You will leave the welcome with clear next steps in your career journey.
As an Isenberg MSA student, you will have direct access to a career coach who can help you with everything from exploring careers in accounting to a personalized job search to interview prep and social media profiles. Your coach will also help connect you with our extensive network of Isenberg alumni and our many industry partners in accounting.
Isenberg MSA career workshops are innovative and comprehensive, covering topics, such as building your LinkedIn profile, behavioral interviewing, and on-campus recruiting. We also host panels of industry speakers and accounting alumni. Our workshops and panels are designed to give you the right preparation when you need it, with recordings and digital assets always available for your review.
