Participate in the Annual Isenberg Career Days
Isenberg Career Days 2024 will take place over the course of two days, Tuesday, September 24th and Wednesday, September 25th, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Campus Center Auditorium at UMass Amherst. Employers may participate on one day only; on-campus interviews will not be scheduled on either day so students may participate in the fair without conflicts. Click here to register for Day 1 (Sept. 24th) or click here to register for Day 2 (Sept. 25th).
Hold an Information Session (Virtual or In Person)
Holding an information session can be an effective way to enhance your company’s visibility and reputation among students. Employers are encouraged to plan the information session in collaboration with an Isenberg club/organization that targets students interested in their industry or the functional areas for which they are recruiting. Please contact club leadership directly to explore partnership opportunities or email Noelle Bieda to schedule a session through the Office of Career Success.
Host a Meet & Greet Table
Employers may host a table an the Douglas and Diana Berthiaume Business Innovation Hub free of charge (only one day per academic semester, please). Hosting an information table is a great way to increase your company’s name recognition within the school and to have more lengthy conversations with individual students than would be feasible at a career fair type of event. Isenberg will provide a 6-foot table on which company promotional materials and/or snacks may be displayed; recruiters typically reserve a table for a 3-4 hour period. Email Noelle Bieda to schedule a table session.
Schedule “Get to Know 'Your Company Name Here’ Appointments” (Virtual or In Person)
Get to Know "Your Company Name Here” appointments allow interested students to sign up for 20-minute appointments with a designated company representative to ask relevant questions about the job opportunity and the company. It also allows time for the company representative to get to know potential applicants on a one-on-one basis in a structured time period. These appointments are not meant to serve as interviews. Email Noelle Bieda to schedule a date.
Sponsor an Isenberg Industry Trek
Industry Treks are a great way for students to quickly gain a better understanding of professional life in specific companies, industries, and cities. Through company visits and alumni networking opportunities, students enjoy an inside look at the culture and day-to-day work life at top employers. They also learn valuable insights about the hiring process directly from employees who work there. Email Lea Herrick to schedule a trek to your company.
