Isenberg’s Hybrid MBA offers the best of both worlds – a combination of flexible in-person classes where you can engage with faculty and colleagues, and online coursework that accommodates your busy schedule. In-person courses are offered each semester at our satellite location in Boston, Massachusetts.
Our program is highly adaptable to your needs and schedule, and allows you to earn your degree in as little as 2 years without putting your life on hold. Our hybrid class schedule is designed to allow you to take the majority of your classes with in-person meetings, with the remaining classes offered online. And if your schedule changes, you can elect to take more fully online classes.
Every semester select courses are offered as hybrid, requiring students and faculty to meet for five in-person class sessions. The remainder of the coursework is completed online, allowing you maintain a flexible work/life balance.
GMAT/GRE waivers are available for those who qualify.

Students in the Online and Hybrid MBA programs can add expertise to their degree with one of our six focus areas. Each focus area includes an additional 9-credits of elective courses that equip you with the knowledge and skills that can make a career-boosting impact.
Isenberg partners with more than a dozen organizations to provide cost savings and extended payment plans to students. Each student affiliated with one of our partners also receives a dedicated academic advisor to support your needs throughout the program.
UMass Amherst accepts students from all 50 states into online programs and classes. The University of Massachusetts Amherst operates distance education classes and programs for out-of-state students under the terms and provisions of the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA). California does not participate in the Agreement but allows all public institutions to offer distance education to its residents.

You have the option to take two classes (6 credits) before applying for your MBA or while your application is being processed. Regular tuition and fees apply. Once you decide that the Isenberg Online MBA program is right for you, classes will be transferred to your graduate record if you have taken them within three years of acceptance and earned a grade of B or better.
