Isenberg provides a comprehensive career development program that aligns with our high-quality analytics curriculum. Through participation in our program orientation and our many career workshops, you will gain the career support you need to develop and execute a career and professional development plan. Your MSBA career coach is available for individualized sessions to help you with your plan. You will also have access to IConnect, an online career and professional development platform sponsored by Isenberg’s Office of Career Success.

The Isenberg Office of Career Success offers the career and professional development support you need to pursue a career in analytics. Meet with a career coach and leverage the IConnect portal for job postings, career-related events, and a centralized suite of tools. You can create an IConnect profile to receive career content related to the topics that matter most to you.

STEM OPT

The MSBA degree offered on the Amherst and Newton campuses is ideal for international students. The STEM OPT classification allows students to extend their time in the U.S. to gain practical work experience, and the CPT requirements allow them to accept paid internships. Our MSBA STEM degree offers students highly sought-after technical expertise and our Office of Career Success offers students the professional development they need to secure their career path.

Orientation & Bootcamp

Kick off your MSBA experience with our Orientation and MSBA Career Bootcamp. Starting with resume and cover letter writing, social media, and job search strategies, you will develop your own career and professional development (CPD) plan your first month in the program. Panel presentations featuring successful alumni and recruiters will provide insight into the many opportunities available in business analytics.

Your Career Coach

As an Isenberg MSBA student, you will have direct access to a career coach who can help you with everything from focusing on a career in analytics to a personalized job search to case interviewing and social media profiles. Our career coaches are available to support you during your professional development journey and connect you with the extensive network of alumni and recruiters.

Career Workshops

Isenberg MSBA career workshops are innovative and comprehensive, covering topics, such as life and career design, effective interviewing, job search strategies, and recruiting for international students. We host panels of industry-specific speakers and alumni. Our workshops and panels are designed to give you the right preparation when you need it, with recordings and digital assets always available for your review.
