Isenberg Career Days took place on Tuesday, September 26 and Wednesday, September 27, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Campus Center Auditorium. Each day of the fair showcased an entirely unique set of 60 employers; giving students the opportunity to network, learn about, and explore potential career paths. This year, the Office of Career Success thanks its gold corporate sponsors-- Enterprise, EY, Aldi, and RSM, and its silver corporate sponsors-- Arbella Insurance, BDO, and Grant Thornton, for their invaluable support and contribution to the success of the fair.

On Day 1, there were over 1,100 students in attendance and approximately 850 on Day 2. Students were dressed to impress and spoke with recruiters, some even sporting alumni ribbons hanging under their name badges, from top employers like Dell, Fidelity, Liberty Mutual, TJX, Oracle, Staples, CVS Health, SM, Deloitte, FDIC, and RTX.
