Peer Leaders is for undergraduate teaching assistants who have previously taught one semester of SCH-MGMT 191/192T. This course allows experienced TAs the opportunity to develop and refine their mentoring and leadership skills while leading a section of first-year students.

Peer Mentors

SCH-MGMT

Peer Mentors prepares undergraduate teaching assistants to lead a section of SCH-MGMT 191/192T Transitions. Students develop leadership, classroom management, and public speaking skills and practice inclusive pedagogies while serving as peer mentors to first-year students.
