Public Speaking for Business

This course is designed to give Isenberg students exposure to and practice with public speaking and effective slide design necessary for business classes, internships, and full-time positions. Students learn about the types of public speaking requirements most entry-level employees encounter, such as delivering individual and collaborative presentations, developing effective, data-driven slides, and meeting with others both in person and remotely.

Inclusive Leadership for Global Workplaces

SCH-MGMT

The purpose of this course is to provide students with a broad introduction to diversity and inclusion in business. Students will examine a range of topics including but not limited to dimensions of diversity, unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, global cultural competency, and allyship. Upon completion of this course, students should understand how the various dimensions of diversity, techniques for developing an inclusive culture, and how competency in these areas will influence the future of work.
