Enrollment Terms
Enrollment opens Tuesday November 12 at 9 a.m. EST
Important Notes:
All MBA sections, both online and hybrid, are Univ+ in SPIRE. Review the course notes to determine that the section is open to MBA students.
- If you are completing degree requirements this Spring, please refer to the Graduating Student Resource Page for next steps after enrollment in final coursework.
Steps for Enrolling in Spring 2025 Courses
- Review your Degree Plan: Review the MBA Curriculum page to review course descriptions, check out available sample plans, and the Degree Requirement Checklist. Review the Browse All Courses page to check the finalized course list, sections and syllabi for the upcoming semester (make sure to filter by appropriate term).
- Check for Holds: Before registration opens, make sure there are no holds or restrictions on your student account. Login to SPIRE and click on the Tasks & Help Tile on your Student Center. If you encounter any issues, please address them promptly by contacting the appropriate department.
- Meet with your Academic Advisor: If you have any questions or need guidance on course selection, consider scheduling a meeting with your academic advisor. They can provide valuable insights to help you make informed decisions.
- Use Registration Resources: Review the SPIRE Enrollment Instructions or watch this video for further assistance.
- Set Reminders: Registration can be a busy time, so please set reminders for yourself regarding the registration opening date and any specific deadlines related to your courses.
- If you need additional assistance with registration, please join the advising team for an advising session on November 14th at noon EST.

Mandatory Graduation Requirement
If you are taking your last class in Spring 2025, your degree eligibility form must be emailed to your advisor by March 1, 2025 or sooner to be included in graduation. Please list all classes in the order taken along with grades (leave grades blank for classes in progress). Be sure that you receive a confirmation receipt from our office.
Helpful Reminders and Notes
- Spring is a Mandatory Semester. To avoid being withdrawn from the program please contact your advisor to discuss options of taking a one credit course or going on Continuous Enrollment with a fee of *$285.
- Extended Payment Plan Contracts. Find the documents here.
- Online MBA Students Pursuing a Focus (excluding any students in partnerships that do not require elective courses). Please reference the Focus Area Guide for elective choices this semester.

Mandatory Graduation Requirement
Students graduating in Spring 2025 please be sure to let your advisor know that you are graduating by March 18th. Final deadline to apply for May 2025 graduation is April 1st.
