Additional Modifications for Applicants
- Applicants will receive an $80 application fee reimbursement on your first tuition invoice if you apply for admission in 2021 and enroll in a course.
- Transcripts: We will accept unofficial copies of your transcripts with your application submission. You may upload your documents using the additional materials page of the application. Official documents will be required prior to matriculating.
GMAT/GRE Scores
Due to test cancellations resulting from COVID-19, the Isenberg School of Management has modified its GMAT/GRE application requirements for 2021. Please note that a strong GMAT/GRE score enhances any application.
The GMAT Exam and GRE Exam are now offered online.

MS in Accounting: GMAT/GRE score is only required at the request of the program director.
For Non-Native English Speakers Only: English Language Proficiency Scores
To meet the needs of students who are unable to take the TOEFL iBT® test at a test center due to public health concerns, ETS is temporarily offering the TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition test in selected areas. The test is identical in content, format and on-screen experience to the TOEFL iBT test taken at a test center. It is taken on your own computer at home and is monitored by a human proctor online through ProctorU®. Find out more here.
The University of Massachusetts Amherst Graduate School accepts the following: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition, International English Language Testing System (IELTS), Duolingo English Test, and the Pearson Test of English (PTE Academic).
