Continue your pursuit of professional growth.
Are you looking for a specialized skill set to advance your career? Or maybe you’re seeking a way to stand out in the job market? Isenberg’s Graduate Certificate in Project Management will provide you with a strong foundation that will help you succeed in today’s global project delivery industry.
This four-course certificate will equip you with the technical, leadership, and strategy skills needed to plan, lead, and execute both small- and large-scale projects. Students will develop a comprehensive understanding of project management theory, tools, and techniques, including traditional, Sprint, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
All classes are taught online so you can fit studies into your busy schedule. All certificate classes are taught by the same faculty that teach in our highly ranked graduate degree programs.
If you are considering applying to the Isenberg Online MBA or the MS in Business Analytics (MSBA), course credits can transfer toward your degree. Completion of a certificate does not guarantee admission into a degree program but will enhance your application.
Curriculum
Earn your certificate in 12 credits at the graduate-level by completing two required courses and two elective courses.
It is recommended that students take SCH-MGMT 656 concurrently or prior to SCH-MGMT 658 and SCH-MGMT 659. The other two classes can be taken in any sequence.
Note: Please complete your Certificate Eligibility Form and submit it to your advisor once you have registered for your last certificate class. Please note that a cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required to earn the certificate and to be considered for transfer into a degree program.
You may begin the program in fall, spring or summer. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Successful applicants will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or be currently enrolled in their final semester.
All applicants must submit the following:
- Application
- Unofficial transcript
- Resume/CV
- Personal statement (a brief 1 page statement describing your goals and why you want to pursue the Certificate)
- For Non-Native English Speakers Only: English Language Proficiency Scores
Certificate classes are $925 per credit and total tuition of the 12-credit certificate is $11,100. Books, supplies, and registration fee are additional.
We encourage you to speak to your employer about tuition reimbursement if there is a tuition assistance program available. Enrolling in higher education courses increases your value to your employer, and as a result, can help increase your job stability and career trajectory at your company.
