Nikai Fondon

Nikai Fondon is a recent college graduate from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst with a degree in Marketing. Though, her professional experience with diverse populations and dedication to community change propelled her into the nonprofit industry. She now works for a woman-owned marketing agency. She hosts her own podcast called She Did That!; a podcast dedicated to highlighting women of color leaders in our community. She commits her free time to teaching sitting on the Board of Directors for the Young Professionals Society of Greater Springfield. She also conducts leadership and capacity-building workshops through her NikaiElise brand. Nikai truly believes in women empowerment, leadership, and education and chooses to use her position in society as a young, Black woman to uplift and encourage others of all backgrounds to become better versions of themselves.
