Founding Principal and Chief Executive Officer, Golden Lion Capital Investments

Lyman Phillips V is the founding principal and CEO of Golden Lion Capital Investments, which is a commercial real estate investment and advisory firm based in Palm Beach. With a foundational background in the hospitality and commercial real estate industries, Phillips is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s overall strategic initiatives and plays the primary role in the company’s investment activities which include real estate, early stage startups, and restaurants.

Originally from Natick, MA, Phillips currently resides in Palm Beach County. He graduated from UMass Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management within the Isenberg School of Management. Phillips currently serves as a member on the Planning and Development Board for the City of Boynton Beach, is on the Committee for the Palm Beach Young Professionals, and is on the Board for the Leadership Business Council.

Phillips believes in giving back to the communities he serves through fundraising and dedicating time assisting those in need. He and his fundraising team recently raised $120,000 during a 10-week campaign for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as well as donating over $30,000 to Clean Miami Beach, which helps preserve the beautiful beaches in Miami.
