Isenberg Ethics Competition 2024 - Keynote Speaker

 

Caitlyn is a graduate of UMass Amherst and a privacy professional with over a decade of experience in data privacy, compliance, and legal fields. She currently contributes her expertise at Medtronic, a leading global medical technology company, within their Data & Privacy Center of Expertise. Her career spans diverse roles, including positions at a global pharmaceutical company, a Boston-area hospital, and a mortgage company.

 

She is co-host of the Seven Elements: An Ethics and Compliance Book Club where she interviews authors of Ethics & Compliance related books each month. In addition to a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst she also has an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and recently obtained a certificate in Privacy Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Caitlyn serves as a board member of Rebuilding Together Boston a non-profit organization that renovates houses of people unable to pay for essential home repairs and much-needed updates.
