For the second straight year Muzzo Uysal, professor and chair of the Hospitality & Tourism Management Department, has been recognized as one of the most highly cited researchers in the world. Uysal is among 12 researchers from UMass Amherst to get this recognition. Muzzo has been privileged to work with wonderful colleagues and graduate students over the years, and thanks them all for their contributions to their collective work and "for making him look good."
