The Mark H. McCormack Department of Sport Management has been ranked as the #4 graduate-level sport management program in the world based on the results of Sports Business International’s recently-released 2015-2016 annual survey. Additionally, UMass also ranked first in SBI’s survey of graduate program course leaders.  

The department also received the global #1 ranking as Course Leaders Choice as rated by sport management professors from around the world.

The survey is based on responses from graduate students who graduated three years prior, and takes into consideration how quickly students found jobs in the sport industry, degree of overall satisfaction with their graduate education experience, class demographics and starting salaries and other factors.
