Snacks & refreshments provided - all majors and programs welcome!

“If competitive advantage is the end game, change is the common denominator. Organizations that change effectively win – those that don’t lose”, according to Dennis Donovan, an executive widely recognized for his work in change management and business transformations.  "This framework allows the business to “hit on all cylinders” necessary to drive systemic and sustainable change in the organization. This type of definitive process is essential for business leaders at all levels of the organization to succeed. Hopefully, students will see this as a template to link what they’ve learned in school with a practical application in the workplace.”

His presentation is very interactive and has been well received at business schools such as Boston University, Dartmouth, UCLA, Vanderbilt, Emory, Harvard, University of Georgia, Babson and Cornell’s School of Labor and Industrial Relations. Throughout his career, Dennis has been highly engaged in college and university recruiting for large corporations and would also be happy to also share his thoughts on career opportunities after graduation. His varied international experience includes private equity, law, human resources, business restructuring,  labor and industrial relations, organizational transformations, business monetization’s, acquisitions and dispositions, government affairs, IPOs, public relations, and government incentives. He is excited to return to the university where he received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business.
