Fall 2023 Isenberg Induction for New First-Year and Transfer Students

Can any new Isenberg first-year or transfer student attend?

• The Fall 2023 Isenberg Induction is intended for first-year and transfer students who began their academic career at UMass Amherst Fall 2023.

Can I still register to attend the 4:00 p.m. or the 5:30 p.m. Induction?

• Yes! After 12:00 p.m. on October 12, please email us at undergrad@isenberg.umass.edu and provide your name, your email, student name, student’s email, and the number of people in your party (including student).

Is seating reserved?

• Seating is first come, first serve in the Student Union Ballroom. Guests will be able to enter the Student Union Ballroom starting 20 minutes prior to each Induction.

Where should we park?

• Guests are encouraged to utilize the Campus Center Parking Garage, 91 Campus Center Way (GPS for parking garage). Clearance is 7’ 2”.

Is this event free?

• Yes, the Fall 2023 Isenberg Induction, and the Reception, is a free event.

I RSVP’d for my family, should I receive a ticket?

• Thank you for RSVP’ing! This is a non-ticketed event. Students will check in upon arrival in the Student Union.

Where should my family park for ADA parking?

• The Parking Garage is the closest parking option to access the Student Union. ADA parking, with a ramp leading to the exit of the garage, is available on Level 3.
