Overview
As part of the Global Hospitality Leadership course, this executive mentor program aims to enrich HTM student advising by engaging current executive and leaders as mentors for high performing HTM junior and seniors. Mentoring focuses on career preparation and development in the hospitality and tourism industry, industry trends and other industry-based, non-academic issues. Becoming a mentor is voluntary. Mentors are recruited from the HTM Board, HTM Alumni, and other influential hospitality and tourism professionals. Continuation of the mentor-mentee relationship beyond the course and semester is completely up to the election of both parties.
