Operations and Information Management (OIM) is for problem-solvers who love to learn about how business processes can be better managed and enhanced for greater efficiency. The department faculty teach the courses that comprise the BBA in Operations & Information Management, courses in our MBA programs and doctoral programs.
The OIM Department is ranked #1 in Quality of Teaching and #1 in Overall Experience in Major among all UMass departments.

🌟 ACES Faculty Lunch & Learn Series: Supporting Multilingual & Neurodivergent Learners 🌟
ACES is excited to launch a four-part, UDL-centered Lunch & Learn series designed to help faculty better understand the intersecting strengths and challenges of multilingual and neurodivergent students. Through interactive sessions, participants will build foundational knowledge, practice equitable grouping and assignment design, and walk away with practical strategies to create more inclusive learning environments.
